Return shipping guidelines:
- For your protection, please send your returns in a plain, rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend but do not require that you insure your package. We will not credit you for items that arrive damaged.
- Refunds for returns over $10 received within 30 days will usually be refunded directly to the original form of payment. A merchandise credit will be issued in cases where the original form of payment is unavailable for a refund.
- Refunds for returns less than $10 or received more than 30 days after the order was originally delivered to you will be issued as a merchandise credit. For returns older than 30 days a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Returns older than 60 days will not be accepted.
- If you would like to exchange any item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
